This year we were proud sponsors of the 3rd annual Live Well Charity ball. every year the charity ball raises money for a different cause.

For 2011 they were raising funds on behalf of the Leukaemia foundation. 3,138 Australians are diagnosed with leukaemia each year and the number has been climbing by 21.5% over the past 10 years. In the past 20 years research into the disease has increased survival rates by 80% so raising money for research has made a significant difference.For further information or support, please contact the Foundation

The event was held at the prestigious Le Montage Ballroom at Iron Cove Bay. $20,000 was raised even before the event started through contributions of event sponsors. Overall it was a very successful night with attendees having a great time alongside sponsors.

The night festivities were kicked off with an energetic cover band. They got the party started with some help of mascots dressed up as sesame street characters...

and it wasn't long before the dance floor was full

Voi's 2010 Cocktail Party

As seen on Mi Society, on the 10th November 2010, Voi Designer Fashion House held a cocktail party for some of their exclusive clientele, including 100 barristers. During the night guests were introduced to a showcase of pieces from the new Spring/Summer Collections, including new pieces from Armani, Ermenigildo Zegna and Versace suits.

Providing an introduction, Mr Thos Hodgson talked about our company and Voi's origins, being the Naples store still situated in a 17th century villa. Furthermore, Mr Hodgson announced the introduction of an in-store tailoring service at Voi; our Italian tailor, Tony, being one with a long tradition and appreciation for the art of tailoring.

Guests were also given goody bags including an invitation to a free consultation with a stylist and an envelope with a Latin quote that was used to determine the winner of the lucky door prize. The person with the quote 'Audaces fortuna iuvat' meaning 'Fortune favours the brave' on their card won a $2000 Voi voucher, Mr Guy Freeman being the lucky winner.

Concours d'Elegance

As part of Australia's first Concours d'Elegance event, Voi was involved as a sponsor of its first display, showcasing over two hundred luxury vehicles. Being run by members of the country's most important car clubs, the event ran smoothly and was a huge success.

The Bacco Wine Bar Opening at the QVB

As seen in magazine 'Nine to Five', Voi recently supported the opening of Bacco, a wine bar pasticceria, now also located in the QVB. Offering a unique dining experience with authentic Italian food, like Voi, they bring high quality Italian goods to Sydney-siders in a beautiful way. At the event, Voi provided hundreds of $50 vouchers for Bacco customers to enjoy.

Kemp Strang Charity Fashion Event
Voi also sponsored the Kemp Strang Charity Fashion Event, which raised funds for the 'With Love Project'.

The 'With Love Project' oversees and runs programs which practically assist sick children and their families, in collaboration with the Sydney Children's Hospital. The charity runs a broad range of schemes, which involves easing the financial burden that comes with medical treatment, to even providing new toys and gifts for children.
