Ahhh….Paris the undisputable prêt a porter of fashion, the place where cigarettes actually look chic and it is acceptable if not encouraged to have red wine before noon. Paris is welcoming more and more talented Asian designers and judging by the elegant and inspired pieces below, we can see why. It is exciting to see the merging of global style all in one dramatically fashionable event.

Asian designers are eager to grab a bigger share of the international market and there is no better place to do it than Paris Fashion week where South Korea’s Lie Sang Bong and China’s Frankie Xie of the Beijing-based Jefen label were amongst the first to send out their collections for next spring-summer as fashion week commenced. Here are a few of my favorites to make it down the runway so far…

The World is certainly getting smaller by the day with the addition of Facebook, Twitter and Skype (one of my absolute favorites). And now with Fashion becoming more and more globally inspired it is such a great opportunity for cultural exchange and it couldn't be more beautiful!
